Facilities & Rentals
We have a number rooms and spaces, including a commercial kitchen, for rent by the hour. All rental rooms are wheelchair accessible.
- $50 – Reservation Fee (Non Refundable)
- $100 – Monitor Fee (when applicable) 4 hour minimum. each additional hour is $20.00
- $300 – Refundable Damage/Cleaning Deposit
- $50 – Refundable Key Deposit

Hatten Hall/Lions Area
HATTEN HALL/LIONS AREA
Size: 32’x73′ $35-$80/hr.
Hatten Hall has a moveable wall that closes the front 2/3’s of room for just the Hatten Hall.($50/hr) The back section is called the Lions Area.($35/hr) The Full Room is the Hatten Hall/Lions Area.($80/hr)
On second floor – very easy access by elevator & stairs. Comes with a large number of tables & chairs. Has a ‘pass-thru’ to kitchen.
Inez Burt Kitchen
Size: 22’x23′ $35/hr. On second floor – easy access by elevator & stairs. 4 burner & griddle top stove with 2 ovens. 4 bay warming server. Commercial dishwasher. ‘Pass-thru’ to Main Hall.
Size: 27’x16′ $40/hr. On second floor – easy access by elevator & stairs. Has an overhead LCD projector with BlueRay DVD player,computer connections & large pull-down screen.
Size: 23’x15′ $30/hr. On second floor – easy access by elevator & stairs. Large square game tables can be pushed together for a larger conference table.
Size: 23’x 24′ $30/hr. On second floor – easy access by elevator & stairs. 7 tables, 24 chairs. Microwave, coffee maker, oven, sink, small refrigerator
Burke Dykes Computer Center
Size: 24’x15′ $50/hr. 8-10 workstations, overhead projector, pull-down screen. On second floor – easy access by elevator & stairs.
