Come explore and experience the calming physical and mental health benefits of the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong. Balancing your qi, or vital life force energy, has been shown to reduce stress, improve balance and mental clarity, prevent illness, and provide better sleep and more energy. This class will include instruction and practical application of mental focus, gentle movements, breathing, and meditation techniques. All activities are easily learned and adaptable to all students' physical needs and can be practiced while lying down, seated, or standing. No special equipment nor experience necessary.
