Footcare
Starting at 9:30 am.  By appointment only.
Thursdays
Members: $25, Non-members: $35
Call (206) 932-4044 ext. 1 for an appointment. Cancellations must be made by 4:00 pm day prior to appointment to avoid being charged.
Have a professional footcare specialist provide service to you.  Feet are assessed for any concerns, toenails cleaned and trimmed).  Bring a small towel.

Dental Hygiene with Jan Loder, RDH
By appointment only.
Cost: Fee Based
Please pick up an application at the receptionist desk and then call to set up an appointment directly with Jan Loder. Contact information will be on the forms.
Healthy Pearls for Seniors is a low cost dental hygiene program to promote healthy teeth and gums via cleanings and oral cancer screenings done here at the Center.

Qigong

Come explore and experience the calming physical and mental health benefits of the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong. Balancing your qi, or vital life force energy, has been shown to reduce stress, improve balance and mental clarity, prevent illness, and provide better sleep and more energy. This class will include instruction and practical application of mental focus, gentle movements, breathing, and meditation techniques. All activities are easily learned and adaptable to all students' physical needs and can be practiced while lying down, seated, or standing. No special equipment nor experience necessary.
